Hilary Duff's Allure Is Not So Alluring

Here's Hilary Duff at Allure Magazine's Most Alluring Bodies' event looking, well, not so alluring. I don't know who chose her outfit or did her hair but they should be fired immediately. You know, this is the first time I think I've ever spoken ill of Hilary and it hurts, but I have no choice because she is hurting me going out like this. Let's hope it never happens again.
