Britney Spears in a bikini in Costa Rica looking pregnant or just heavier?

Britney Spears was photographed wearing a bikini on the beach in Costa Rica, where she's staying at the home of her former neighbor Mel Gibson. She was seen riding an ATV, frolicking in the surf, and smoking a cigarette. The suspicious stomach that's caused so much speculation was in full view, and from some angles she really does look pregnant with her third child. If that's the case, at least she could stop smoking.

The Sun quotes a 'spokesperson' as saying 'I want to make completely clear that Britney is not pregnant. There's not going to be a statement - she's just not.' Are you sure about that?
