The court drama continues in R. Kelly's child pornography case.

It turns out the defense is trying to use R. Kelly's mole like they did with O.J. Simpson's glove.

If the mole isn't on film is fake, it ain't him!

Now, a new forensic video analyst has just testified that the blemish on R. Kelley's back is not identical to the "dark mark" seen on the man in the video.

Apparently, Kelly's mole looks like a caterpillar-shaped mark along his spine.

Sexy!

So what exactly are they watching on the tape? ???

Well, turns out you can only see R. Kelly's back in the video for less than a second! Analysts have had to freeze-frame the image to point out the mole they can see to the left of the spine.

However, yesterday Kelly's team brought in their own expert who claimed the markings were "artifacts" which were only created due to the tapes poor quality and multiple copies.

Of course his expert is gonna say that!

The analyst, Charles Palm, cropped the almost half-second footage into about 23 individual frames.

And the mark along the spine?

It can only be seen in two of the frames. The rest of the frames show no marking.

Interesting.

Palm says, "There were marks on the [man's back] that came and went. Basically, they are artifacts that bled into the image."

To reinforce the idea, defense attorney Marc Martin showed each frame and asked Palm whether he saw a mole.

And to counter the remark made by the prosecution that it would take about 44 years to create such a perfectly, doctored video, Palm stated that a professional could have easily added in the mole.

And to help prove his point, he showed a video he made in which the two people on tape just disappear from the room in which it was recorded. And then...
