Alex Rodriguez Convinces Wife to Let Him Visit Daughter

The baseball star talks his way into some quality time with his older child. According to the New York Post, Alex Rodriguez's estranged wife Cynthia is allowing the baseball star to visit their older daughter Friday in Toronto -- for the first time since the couple's marriage fell apart in public view last week.

"Arrangements are being made that [the couple's three-year-old] is going to see her dad," Cynthia's divorce lawyer Earle Lilly told the paper.

The Post reports that A-Rod, who'll be in town with his Yankees to face the Toronto Blue Jays, negotiated with his wife over the last day to get the visit.
