Conflicting Reports on Angelina Jolie's Twins

Another report that Angelina Jolie gave birth to her twins was posted late Saturday. Citing her gynecologist, French newspaper Nice-Matin reported that Jolie delivered a boy named Knox Leon and a girl named Vivienne Marcheline, according to the AFP. Jolie, 33, gave birth shortly before 8:00 p.m. via a Caesarian section at the Lenval Hospital in the French Riviera on Saturday, according to the report. Each twin reportedly weighed about 5 pounds. (See 15 pics of her bump.) Reps for Jolie, beau Brad Pitt and the hospital did not confirm the report. Earlier in the day, a rep for the hospital denied an online rumor that Jolie gave birth. Last week, Jolie's obstetrician, Dr. Michel Sussmann, held a press conference to let reporters know the twins were due "in the weeks to come. "Everything is normal," Sussmann said. "Everything is going well." Pitt was photographed on Tuesday at the hospital. He was there with son Pax, 4. Jolie previously received visits from Maddox, 6, as well as daughters Shiloh, 2, and Zahara, 3. The actress checked into the hospital at the end of June via helicopter, Nice-Matin reported at the time. Jolie is staying on the hospital's fifth floor which features an "unobstructed view" over the Bay of Angels, the paper reported. She reserved four rooms on the maternity ward, with a bodyguard keeping watch, according to the report. (See photos of Jolie through the years.)
