Kendra Wilkinson looks ready to leave whatever that grossness she's involved in with Hugh Hefner on The Girls Next Door. Apparently, the other two hookers, Bridget Marquardt and Holly Madison, want her dead. And she's supposedly dating other dudes, which is a no-no in Hef's old colostomy bag kingdom.

A Playboy rep is denying the rumors, but sources say differently. Kendra was reportedly recruited in the first place because the other two prostitutes were too old and they needed someone young.

"Holly and Bridget hate her," a source (you know it's Kendra) says. "They're totally jealous. She has her own empire now. She's got a clothing line, a modeling career and an exercise empire. They're just sitting there hangin' with Hef."

Ugh, they have blow an old guy. And it probably takes HOURS. Imagine that kind of jaw pain inherent in trying to jumpstart Old Man River? Kill me now.
