I really hope Miley Cyrus enjoyed her day out with Ashley Tisdale yesterday. The two Disney starlets went to eat at Katsuya and then went shopping, which is The Tiz's favorite pastime.

Most people probably think it is weird that Miley is hanging out with a 23-year-old. but I think it is a good thing. The Tiz is actually quite boring. She doesn't smoke, drink, do drugs. She doesn't even go out to the bars. The only hope we have of a Tiz downfall is for her to get knocked up, but I'm guessing like a lot of Disney kids that's off the list too.

Since Miley is 15, do you think Daddy gives her $20 to go to the mall with Ashley? Well, I don't think that will be happening again very soon. I'm predicting that Miley is going to be on lockdown again after even more scandalous pics were released. You know Billy Ray probably shit a brick when he saw that shower photo.
