Kate Moss is refusing to quit smoking - insisting 'it's who I am.'

The catwalk beauty is rarely seen without a cigarette in her hand and despite the health risks, she is determined not to give up.

She says, 'It's who I am. I don't want to create a phony facade. I think I just have to be myself, otherwise I'd just be a paranoid mess.'
