Balthazar Getty officially separates from wife

Married man Balthazar Getty has been pictured a few times over the last fortnight with a topless Sienna Miller. Not just in the same vicinity as a topless Sienna, but actually touching her in a way that his wife probably doesn't approve of. Link NSFW.

Balthazar has suddenly remembered that he has a wife and four children, and that he might have hurt their feelings even if they already know that daddy is away on vacation with another woman. He has released this statement.

'The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved,' he said in a statement released Monday. 'In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further.'

People

Reports suggest that Balthazar and wife Rosetta have been apart for some time, but if you aren't actually officially divorcing and children are involved the polite thing to do would to keep your sex life confined to a bedroom.

There are also some reports circulating that Sienna and Balthy are planning on moving in together, which is probably true. After all, I don't think he's going to be welcomed home by his wife after his time with Sienna is over.
