The Brothers & Sisters star has released a statement in response to the release of pictures of him cavorting with a topless Sienna Miller on an Italian vacation.
Getty said in a statement, "In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further."
This all sounds like Denise Richards and Richie Sambora all over again. And I'd be lying if I said I didn't think it would be entertaining to watch the fallout.
