New dad Matthew McConaughey took his son Levi out for his first red carpet outing on Thursday. The event was the launch of Camila Alves' new handbag line at Kitson and McConaughey carried his son through the press line in a car seat.
The proud papa told Entertainment Tonight, "[Levi] was gonna stay home, but then he said, 'Dad, mom, I wanna go support mom's purses! At 30 days old, he's talking about stuff like that!" One of the reasons I love Matthew so much is because I'd be willing to bet that he's smoked enough pot that he actually believes that.
Levi's a busy man. He's also already hit up his first rock concert to see John Mellencamp. They really have this baby on the Hollywood fast track. Tomorrow, expect Levi is scheduled to check into rehab.
