When you're a nobody or a Z-lister you'll do whatever it takes to get noticed. Like dating some trashy "reality" TV slut or getting arrested for hitting someone!

And that's exactly what Lindsay Lohan's former girlfriend roommate did.

Wino lookalike Courtenay Semel was in Las Vegas earlier this week when she allegedly got shitfaced drunk and in major trouble.

On the way out of Pure nightclub, attention-seeker Semel "smacked" a security guard in the back of his head while she was leaving the club.

So obviously, bitch was detained by security personnel until police could arrive.

The police issued Semel a citation for battery and let her go.
