Lindsay and Sam Have an Ex-hausting Party Life

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson kept up their active social calendars last night, partying with Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo at Crown Bar in LA. One party LL and Sam decided to skip out on was Sam's own 31st birthday party with her twin on Tuesday night, which was so crowded with press the couple left for some privacy. That's not the only drama they've dealt with recently ' they ran into LL's exes Calum Best, Harry Morton, and the recently incarcerated Courtenay Semel at the Apple Lounge party. Although Lindsay's rep said it wasn't awkward, apparently the actress was constantly rubbing Samantha's back to comfort her. Luckily these two ladies are used to dealing with drama by now and seem to have no problem taking it all in stride.
