Get that check, jailbird! Leighton Meester's mother Connie (that is such a mom name) has penned a tome about how she gave birth to the Gossip Girl starlet in jail. That is such an example of a sow's ear into a silk purse!

The book will be about her old drug ring management job, her time as a pregnant convict, and then about how she became a realtor (!!!) and raised a starchild.

Connie's memoir began as a screenplay, but has now morphed into a book.

Leighton must be THA-RILLED over this one.
