The 'Recovered' Sex Addict Backs Down

Why the change of heart????

David Duchovny has dropped a lawsuit he filed last month against the 'liars' at the UK's Daily Mail.

David flipped out when the paper reported that he cheated on wife Tea Leoni with a tennis instructor named Edit Pakay.

The 'former' sex fiend alleged defamation, invasion of privacy AND wanted $1 million in damages from the Mail.

Well, the complaint has jut been dropped "with prejudice," meaning it cannot be brought back again.

David's lawyer was not immediately available for comment on why his client was no longer pursuing the case.

The Mail must have had some gooood evidence to support their case!

Why didn't they share it with all of us?
