For All The Kanye Haters: Auto-Tune Parody Song

Kanye was right! He HAS inspired a whole new genre of music with his new auto-tuney album! It's called auto-tune backlash, or as I refer to it: 'auto-tune parody pop,' and this regular dude Bobby Ray Simmons just officially kicked it off. (Side note: though everyone likes to point out that T-Pain is the person responsible for the auto-tune sound, I've always felt that Cher is the true founder, with her song 'Do You Believe.') I'm looking forward to more - Andy Samberg, I'm talking to you.




Personally, I think the vanguard of the backlash (and the standard to which we should all strive to match) is Olde English, with their hilarious 'Akon Calls T-Pain' video.
