Rihanna's back to work getting ready to record her next project -- and ET has the inside scoop from her producer Adonis Shropshire on how she is doing.



"With anybody in the world who goes through something, you have to bring yourself out of it," Adonnis tells HipHollywood.com. Her refuge is her music, of course.
