Not Heading To Jail - Yet

As we mentioned earlier, former model Angie Everhart was issued a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on April 6th to pay a fine in relation to her 2008 DUI arrest.

Well, good news for Everhart.

Angie has now paid the fees she owed. A fine in the total of $1,138.00.

According to inside sources, her attorney Richard Hutton has already been in touch with the presiding judge and is ready to get everything done in a timely manner.

Hutton will be heading to court tomorrow to tie up any loose ends.

Guess Everhart really didn't want to go to jail.
