At least he gave a fierce mugshot!

27-year-old Todd J. Miller was arrested in downtown Bloomington, Indiana, early Tuesday morning on suspicion of drunk driving.

The actor and comedian from Los Angeles was spotted weaving from lane to lane in a Ford Focus with an Ohio license plate at around 3:00am by Monroe County Sheriff's Deputy Chad Liersch. Miller apparently had a comedy show scheduled in Ohio over the weekend.

Officer Liersch stopped the car and administered field sobriety, tests which Todd failed. The funnyman also refused to take a breathalizer test. Wonder why?!!!!

Cops then took him to a nearby hospital where he had some blood drawn.

Miller, aka T.J, is currently facing a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and his blood work results are pending.

As for his credentials, he had a part in the 2008 movie Cloverfield, as well as having appeared in the very short-lived ABC series Carpoolers.

This will be great for his career!

At least no one was hurt.
