'Top Model' Gets Fat, Trims Paulina Porizkova

There's only room for one supermodel on this judge's panel.

Tyra Banks has fired former supermodel and newest judge Paulina Porizkova from "America's Next Top Model." And Porizkova wants everyone to know before this season's finale airs tonight.

"Do you know why I am in Los Angeles?" Porizkova asks Craig Ferguson on last night's "Late Late Show." "Because I am looking for a job, because I was fired by 'America's Next Top Model' - on my birthday," says Porizkova.

When the late-night host asked the leggy model if Banks is a barrel of laughs, Porizkova looks down and mumbles into her shoulder, "I'm sure she can be."

"'Top Model' got too fat and needed to cut some fat and the fat was me," she explains, adding, "It could have either been that, or my gigantic, huge ego - which I wasn't aware of, before I was told by the producers that I had that ego problem."

Then Ferguson hits the nail on the head - it's Banks!

"The minute they get pretty, I fire them," jokes Ferguson.

First Janice Dickinson and now Porizkova - looks like Banks can't work with any fellow supermodels. We liked the addition of Porizkova to the Banks-occupied judges table - her understated beauty complimented Banks' attention-seeking "me" moments, when the host shows viewers The Tyra Way to pose.
