Surprise, surprise! Britney Spears' former manager/pal Sam Lutfi and lawyer Jon Eardley have filed legal papers contesting the restraining orders filed against them by Britney Spears and her family. Lutfi and Eardley claim that their case should have been heard by a jury of their peers, and the two are asking for a new trial. Think they'll get what they want?
