Will Charlie Return to 'Lost' Alive?

In a new ABC promo, Patrick Dempsey, Courteney Cox Arquette, Ed O'Neill and Dominic Monaghan gather as their on-screen characters for a friendly game of Foosball in the backyard of the "ABC House."

After Monaghan and partner Cox Arquette, who is new to the house and network with fall's "Cougar Town," argue with the "Grey's Anatomy" doc and the other network newbie, "Modern Family" patriarch O'Neill, McDreamy says to Monaghan, "You're so dead."

The deceased "Lost" star then turns to Cox Arquette and says with a smile, "Actually, I was."

The last time "Lost" viewers saw Charlie Pace was when the castaway, who sacrificed his life by drowning in the Looking Glass station in season three's finale, visited Hurley from the grave at the mental institution.

Flash forward to this season's finale when Juliet detonated a bomb just in time to carry out Jack's plan to erase the last three years. ABC's hinting at the return of an alive Charlie further supports the theory that Jack's plan may have worked.
