Update: Custody of Michael Jackson's Kids

An attorney for Debbie Rowe is speaking out about whether Rowe will pursue custody of her two children with Michael Jackson.

Echoing what ET reported from its sources earlier this morning, Rowe's attorney tells the Associated Press that she is still deciding whether to seek custody of her children with Jackson, son Michael "Prince" and daughter Paris-Michael.

The late star's youngest son, Prince "Blanket," was delivered via surrogate.
