Kate Gosselin: "I Wake Up and I Feel A Lot Of Failure."

Kate Gosselin broke her short media silence with an exclusive interview with Meredith Vieira on the Today show this morning.

In the first part of the two-part interview the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star discussed how she's been holding up since she announced the separation from husband Jon Gosselin  an got teary eyed when asked why she still wears her wedding ring.

In the second part of the interview Kate squashes rumors surrounding her alleged affair with long time security guard Steve Nield.  She also shares her feelings on how she feels about her brother and sister-in-law Kevin and Jodi Kreider speaking out against her family in variouis media outlets.

Kate was very careful not to badmouth or say anything particularly negative towards Jon.  She repeatedly said, "clearly his goals are not my goals."  Smart choice, Kate.
