Heidi and Spencer Get Back to Business

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were busy yesterday filming The Hills in LA. Mrs. Pratt was recently joined in the scantily-clad magazine posing department by Audrina Patridge and her racy Maxim spread, but Heidi was all covered up in a flowy top for the afternoon of work. The premiere of what will be Audrina's final season on the MTV show is just a few weeks away, when we can look forward to seeing Heidi's apparent baby fever.
