Maria Menounos - MTV VMAs 2009

Maria Menounos is the first to arrive at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards held at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday (September 13).

The 31-year-old Access Hollywood correspondent was recently featured on the cover of the latest Modern Dog magazine.

'I really try to encourage people to rescue rather than purchase dogs,' Maria told the magazine. 'Dogs bring us so much joy every single day. They deserve to be treated well.'

Maria currently has four dogs, Baby, Benjamin, Athena, and Apollo.
