Madonna's surprise appearance on SNL results in a catfight with Lady Gaga -- and a near-kiss to make amends... "Hey, guess what Madonna, I'm totally hotter than you!" That's what Lady Gaga said that triggered a hair-pulling catfight on the air during SNL's live broadcast Saturday night.
