Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell Has The Swine Flu!

Oh no! Maybe he got it from Marilyn Manson? The Backstreet Boys were forced to cancel a meet and greet in NYC today after Brian Littrell was diagnosed with the swine flu. A rep for the band told the press that Nick Carter, Howie Dorough and AJ McLean have all met with a doctor as a precaution, and so far the rest of the boys seem okay. The band also had to cancel their performance on The Early Show tomorrow, where they were scheduled to perform their new single, "Straight Through My Heart." Feel better Brian!
