'Twilight' star Taylor Lautner was joined by the likes of Johnny Depp, William Shatner, Quentin Tarantino and Harrison Ford at Spike TV's "Scream 2009" awards. The awards show -- set to air Oct. 27 -- recognized and honored the best in sci-fi, horror, fantasy and comic-inspired movies and TV shows. ET has the pics!
