Daniel Radcliffe's Million Dollar Buy

Daniel Radcliffe has splurged and reportedly purchased a $5.65 million, five-bedroom home in New York.

His new pad is one of West 12th Street's most famous properties that was built by a sea captain for his daughter in 1847.

The Harry Potter star, who is estimated to be worth over $100 million, is hoping to return to Broadway following the success of his stint in Equus.

Radcliffe is set to read for How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and admits...he has his work cut out for him. 

"When all the guys who've been at drama school come out, they've been learning dance or singing and all that stuff and I'm going to need to compete with them because I won't have Harry Potter as my safety net any more."
