Eddie Cibrian & LeAnn Rimes show off their love after sushi

God, could LeAnn Rimes look more thrilled with herself? She's is eating up all of this media coverage. These are from last night, where LeAnn and Eddie Cibrian were photographed leaving Katsuya in West Hollywood. I will not make a fish joke, I will not make a fish joke. Must. Not. It looks like Eddie's going to get fish for dessert too. Gah! I hate myself.

Radar points out that Eddie and LeAnn were going to leave by a side door that presumably had fewer or no paparazzi staked out. At the last minute, they apparently decided to leave through the front, providing LeAnn with her beloved photo op. See, it's true love if he holds my hand in front of photographers! That's what her face says to me. As for Eddie, all I think when I see his dumb face is schmuckâ€'. Oh, and I was also reminded of Eddie's recent comments to Rachel Ray, where he claimed he wanted to insulateâ€' his kids from this kind of press frenzy: I don't think it's very conducive to play anything like privately out publicly at all. I mean I think it's like very hurtful.â€' Too bad LeAnn is all over it.

Proving once and for all they're no longer camera shy, hunky actor Eddie Cibrian and country cutie LeeAnn Rimes stepped out in style Monday night in West Hollywood.

The charismatic couple was spotted leaving Katsuya restaurant after dark. At first, the pair tried to leave the Japanese eatery through a side door, but they apparently changed their minds and left through the front entrance.

The CSI Miami star refused to speak out his tangled love life, but earlier Monday, Cibrian appeared on The Rachael Ray Show, and broke his silence about being a tabloid target since news broke of his affair with Rimes.

When Ray asked about his estranged wife Brandi Granville's very public attacks on him, Cibrian said he's opted to take the high road and stay quiet. I don't think it's very conducive to play anything out privately publically. It's very hurtful. Unfortunately, you get only one side of a very complicated story.â€'

Ray also asked about the unwanted media attention is impacting his two sons with Granville.

Said Cibrian: I tried to shield them as much as possible. My philosophy is to try to insulate them so that they are not subject to anything regarding the business or anything of a tabloid nature.â€'

Cibrian and Rimes met earlier this year on the set of the Lifetime movie Northern Lights and reportedly began a torrid affair. They were both married at the time, but are now both divorcing their respective spouses.

I don't really have anything else to add beyond a few more fish jokes, but I already hate myself enough. I feel like I should say something nice about one of them. Sigh... let's see. LeAnn's hair looked really pretty. She must be doing something different, because her hair doesn't usually have that much body. Usually it's pretty limp. Like Eddie. Gah! NO! Also, it's nice that Eddie's driving and not LeAnn. She's a horrible driver. And it must make Eddie feel like a man to take the wheel. Either that, or he feels like his sugar mama's chauffeur. Six of one, half dozen the other.
