Investigator Testifies Doctor Kept Hidden Records on Anna Nicole Smith

A state medical board investigator testified Wednesday in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case, claiming Dr. Sandeep Kapoor had a stash of medical records tucked away in his home closet, according to a new report. Read on for details...

The Associated Press reports that Jon Genens also testified that a search warrant revealed that some of Smith's medical records were being held at the office of Dr. Kapoor's attorney.

Genens testified that the two sets of files found had slightly different information but the same dates, according to the AP.
