Hills Steph's DUI Charge

The Hills star Stephanie Pratt has become the latest celebrity to be charged with DUI (driving under the influence).

Spencer Pratt's sister was arrested at 3. 45am on Sunday 18th October after driving from Holly Montag's birthday bash while over the legal limit.
