Single Simpson Looking For "An Intellectual Man"

Now that Jessica Simpson is single and ready to mingle, she's looking for a man who is "spiritual," "artistic," and, of course, "intellectual." The woman who once confused Chicken of the Sea brand tuna with actual chicken told Extra in an interview airing today that, "I don't want to get bored. I can bore out pretty easily, so I love intellectual men ... people that will always keep me intrigued." Jessica also revealed that she loves "a confident man," like her ex, Tony Romo, and an "artistic man," like her other ex, John Mayer. Considering those didn't work out for her so well in the past, perhaps what Jessica really needs is a nice, boring, stable man! Oh wait, she had that too, in Nick Lachey! Since when did Extra become a dating service?
