Jason Musante Klein’s 10-minute short film The Perfect Time was just named the winner of the 2009 Stella Artois Short Film Award Project. The Belgian lager company and Kevin Spacey’s Trigger Street Productions co-sponsored the competition (talk about paying it forward!), which featured a panel of glitzy A-list judges such as Laurence “Morpheus” Fishburne, Borat’s Sacha Baron
