Lindsay Lohan Caught In The Parent Trap

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly getting a restraining order taken out against dad Michael after he claimed she was killing herself with drugs.

The actress will apply for the orders in California and New York, her mother Dina Lohan tells the New York Post.

And Dina herself says she may try to get Michael jailed for non-payment of child support.

Michael is a regular face on US entertainment shows talking about his famous daughter. and he was 

reportedly ready to publicly play phone messages from Dina about Lindsay.

"He's getting a cease-and-desist letter from us, so that's not going to happen," Dina told the Post. 

"If it's something personal about your child, you don't go public with it. He is hurting Lindsay. It breaks my heart. She's like, 'Mommy, when is he ever going to stop?' He is also six months behind in his child support. On Monday, we will file a violation order, and if he doesn't pay, he'll go to jail."
