Sean Penn's Son Arrested!

Sean isn't the only Penn possibly facing jail time.

Reports have leaked that his 16-year-old son, Hopper Jack Penn (pictured above at age 12), was arrested last week in Los Angeles!

An inside source for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's office revealed that Hopper was arrested at his high school in Malibu.

The sources, who are reportedly close to the investigation, also reveal that since Hopper is a minor the authorities will not release any details as to why he was arrested.

So far no word if Hopper's been charged either.

Wonder what it could have been? Fighting in school? Selling drugs?
