Robert Pattinson's Tokyo trip: wining, dining and fans. We reported earlier this week that Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner had gone to Tokyo for a press conference to promote New Moon. What we've just learned is exactly what Rob experienced there...turns out life in Japan agrees with Robert Pattinson nicely.
