Yesterday Spencer Pratt was snapped sans Heidi in Hollywood, and even though he's a total d-bag who seems to use too many styling products in his golden locks, he does look like he was having fun with his pal! Aww, so he DOES have a soul in there somewhere! But where was his plastic wife?
