A Jay-Z song wasn't really on We hate to admit this, but we loved Miley Cyrus just a little bit more after first hearing her song, "Party in the USA." Partly because it's a pretty awesome song, and partly because it showed she was a fan of Jay-Z. But wait. Miley Cyrus has never even heard a Jay-Z song. What??
