Blake Lively holds onto a crying baby while shooting scenes for her new movie, The Town, on Friday (November 6) in Boston, Mass.

The 22-year-old Gossip Girl actress has nothing but profound respect for her co-star and director Ben Affleck. During an event last month in New York City, Blake told JustJared.com, 'He's a terrific director. You never know what you're getting into with any director, but he's been in this business for so long that he really know what he's doing and he's a great director. All of us enjoyed working with him so much.'
