Lindsay Lohan Goes To Church

Lindsay Lohan looks refreshed and relaxed as she shops at the still exclusive, by appointment only Church Boutique on Saturday (November 7) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 23-year-old actress is overheard on a three-minute audio tape of her in a very distraught state, which was released by her father Michael Lohan. 'Mommy says that I'm worse than you were,' a crying Lindsay is heard telling father on the tape. Recorded in September 2008, Lindsay's mom can be heard saying, 'She'd like, punch me in the face, kick me out of the car … like you don't know the [expletive] I went through.'

Lindsay has reportedly contacted attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, asking her to get a restraining order against her father Michael.
