Ellen Pompeo and her husband, Chris Ivery, go out to dinner with friends at Japanese restaurant Nobu Matsuhisa on Monday (November 10) in Los Angeles.

The Grey's Anatomy actress turned 40 on Monday - she looks fab!

People reports that R&B singer Usher recently spotted Ellen's hubby Chris out at West Hollywood club Guys & Dolls and sent over a bottle of champagne to congratulate him on the birth of his new daughter, Stella!

Happy belated birthday, Ellen!
