Katy Perry shows off her goodies in a sexy Brian Lichtenberg dress at the launch party of the Samsung Behold II smartphone held at Hollywood's Boulevard 3 on Wednesday (November 18).

The 25-year-old singer performed a few songs at the event including 'Hot ‘N Cold.'

Also in attendance: Former Hills star Lauren Conrad (with boyfriend and My Boys actor Kyle Howard), actress Zelda Williams (with actor boyfriend Alex Frost).
