The 2010 People's Choice Awards didn't have a lot of thrills, but Steve Carell gave a very funny acceptance speech for his win for Favorite TV Comedy Actor. Check out the video clip, where Carell gets the audience involved on one of his Office character's favorite lines 'that's what she said.'
