People's Choice Awards Tonight...who cares?

Yeah, the only award show I'm in really iterested in that's coming up soon is Golden Globes..the others are pretty small town. There's one on VH1 tomorrow as well called Critic's Choice Awards as well.

Anyway....definitely Dark Knight for every category it's nominated, that was my fave movie for 2008.

Male Movie Star - RD Jr. or Harrison, I liked both movies pretty equally

Female Movie Star - Definitely Angelina. I assume this is for "Wanted"?? She was hot in that.

On-Screen Match-Up - Christian and Heath

(I liked Tina and Amy too-that was a cute movie)

TV Drama- I don't watch any of those. Where's ER? Where's NIP/TUCK?

Reality Show - AI or DWTS (preferably DWTS if I had to choose)

(Oh the one Angelina is nomintated for is probably Changeling isn't it..doh. Well that one was good too)

Me too, Shanut. We watched it on New Year's Eve, and my husband loved it, but I was like "eh".

I'm sorry Iron Man was better written and may have contained better action then The Dark Knight. People can't see past how amazing Heath Ledge was in that.

even that's hard to say is a hands down win because Christian Bale sucks as Batman. Again Ledger was amazing working as Batman's counterpart but I think on Bale's side it was not so good.

Heath Ledger was fantastic, but Christian Bale was boring as un-Batman, and comical as Batman with his tough guy voice. No thank you.

i was concerned with the voice that maybe batman had taken up smoking.
I liked Dark Knight and Heath was awesome but it wasn't my favorite movie ever.

Good point, Andy--why are the fav movie and fav action movie nominees exactly the same?? There were other movies this year that weren't action movies... not that I saw anything at all, but I'm sure they were out there...

Apparently "the people" only consider best movies to be ones with Action! Stupid people...

There are other categories for favorite independent, drama, and comedy movies...
