    My bet is he stays in jail for a total of 28 days.

    Got damn! I say he will serve more than 28 days for 2 reasons
    1) He's a man....all the celebs that got out early had punannies (remember homeboy from Prison Break?)
    2) He's Black...all the celebs that have gotten out early look like the background of this page

    he's going to need some one to protect him. He's not enough of a bad ass to be treated like a god in there (a la Tommy Chong) and he would be going in there for abusing a woman, not something that goes over well with inmates.

    I don't see him doing ANY jail time though.
