I was reading about this over in the Megan forums, I wonder if this has anything to do with canceling the show??

He (supposedly) killed her and stuffed her in a suitcase in a dumpster, and until they figure it all out, VH1 isn't gonna show it.

If he is clear of charges, they might finish out the season of MWAM.

Ryan was supposedly on another show that finished filming (I'm purposely not saying it/spoiling it, all you VH1 kids. Don't spoil it for everyone) and he got far on that too, and VH1 probably won't show that either...

What I want to know is whether this is on the TV 24 hours a day for the rest of the country, or is it just CONSTANTLY on because I'm IN the Los Angeles/Orange County area??

I don't watch the news A LOT, but I think it's bc you're in LA. I only saw him on there once yesterday in about 2 hrrrrs.

I really haven't been watching VH1 lately, but I caught a glimpse of the first episode, when he was all like, Oh I wont even sign a prenup. He was just looking for legal papers to stay in the country, and I guess he found them in Vegas.
It's a shame the poor stripper/dancer/whatever got shoved in a duffel bag.
I don't think he's hot at all; and his eyebrows are gross.

Why am I so amused by this? Going to Canada on foot, has a gun, his dad is super rich with a private jet...we're never seeing this bitch again.

Yeah, no kidding. Her family deserves closure and justice, and him taking his own life surely can't even begin to make up for their loss. Not compared to jail time.

Then again, since it's been revealed he was a wife beater, we know for sure he was a true coward anyway.

On a side note: Suicide troubles me SO much. The thing is that *someone* has to find you... all gory, with a pantload of poo... Deeply traumatizing to whoever has to find you and deal with whatever mess you left behind. Ugh!

This is the craziest reality drama I have ever heard of in my life! I was just reading the VH1 blog and there is some pretty good discussion going on there. I'd say about 75% of the people think they should reair the rest of the show (or at least post it online) and 25% think they shouldn't. According to the stories I read, he was a contestant on ILM3... :( If they don't air IloveMoney because of this douchebag I am going to be really upset!! :(

Here's my opinion. This is obviously a tragedy. I have a heart and was extremely upset to hear about such a gruesome murder (can't say I was too upset about the suicide, but I think anyone who is going to commit suicide is the epitomy of a coward!) ..... But what does it really have to do with the show? I mean we get invested in a show and they are going to cancel it. I guess we'll have to wait a few more days for the head honchos at VH1 to decide what they are going to do. It's sad that he had a domestic assault arrest and VH1 only checked his finances, not his criminal history..so they're feeling pretty stupid. But he murdered her after the show finished taping.... I want to see what happens! :(

Ummm, it doesnt surprise me to read that in the VH1 forums, 75% of people want the shows to air. What is the average age in the forums? Who cares what happens in the big scheme of the shows? Do we really think Megan is still with her millionaire? We know Ryam didnt win..and if he did, they arent still together. Do we care if he won the ILM show? VH1 will do another one and we will all be fixated on the next one they produce.

A woman was gruesomely murdered and it would be in horrible taste for VH1 to air those shows--no matter how much people want to "see" them. That man should not be glorified or crucified by editing of the show while both families suffer the repricussions. Not to mention the money that VH1 would make off those shows now. If they do air them, they should take all profits and donate them to the victims family, abuse shelters, and other domestic violence resources.

Let me preface this by saying I have seen ZERO episodes of this show and would not watch ILM again if my life depended on it. I pretty much quit VH1 after they aired Scott Baio is 45 and a Couch Humper. BUT..... I think that it would be in SUCH poor taste to air that. I kinda think Megan picks him and it will make VH1 look like such raving assholes to have cast a psychoic and calculating murder on their shows.
Those shows will NEVER and I do mean NEVER air because the backlash and damage control would just be too much.
But then again, this is just my opinion and I have been wrong many times before when I seem to think that something airs on teh side of common decency.

You guys definitely have a point about it not being in good taste for VH1 to air it... but because of Ryan 2 shows that I would have loved to watch I'll never be able to see now. That's pretty selfish/immature sounding of me. :/

I hope there's no made-for-tv movie but it really wouldn't surprise me! I would have been really interested to follow the trial, though.

I feel bad for whoever won ILM3. I have heard before that if you win money on a show and it never airs, you don't get the money. Wouldn't surprise me if that was the case here. (Didn't the winner usually receive the money at the reunion show?)

VH1 airs the shows, but they are made by 51Minds. I agree with them cancelling the shows. Even though I would like to see ILM3, it would be in very poor taste for them to air it. Hopefully, they can get the cast back, replace Ryan and re-film;)

I've never watched a reality show aired on VH1, and I never will. It's all rubbish. The guys who are in charge should all lose their jobs and the ILM show/series should be cancelled completely. Done deal. This ordeal will definitely change reality TV, especially on TrashHits1.....

The show stopped even if its not LIVE. I didn't even like Ryan. He has like a mean glare in his face that he is up to no good.
