Michael Lohan wants to pull a Britney and get total control over Lindsay's assets to 'set her straight'. He's seeking to get full conservatorship, so Lindsay is going to get a restraining order, first.

Better hurry, it's almost Thanksgiving, wouldn't want you guys to be stuck in the same room together!
