meh. my tv plate is full, obviously. i have a pet peeve about picking up a series in the middle too, so id have to go back to season 1 mad men. sounds exhausting (altho i did catch up on an entire season of Dexter in under a week, uhhh.)

I'm not into True Blood OR Dexter - tried both and couldn't get into it.

I'm glad you said somethng about Summer Heights High. I ALMOST watched it last night but ended up watcthing something else. I'll totally have to check that one out.

OK, lawd knows my tv viewing is maxed out. Here is my new show list (watched Dexter from day 1 on Sho)

1) True Blood: Intern Amy lost MADD cool points from me for loathing this show. I saved the first 6 eps and had a marathon last weekend (since I was reading the Twilight series when this show started). Todd do not even get me started at similiarities, altho DH was surprised I even knew what "imprinting" is. Today I read this quote on EW "Bella and Edward and the younger versions of Sookie and Bill." I also jammed my cigarette into my eye when I read that shyt

2) Everything on Bravo. Thanks to FAFA, I got hooked on PR, which lead to Shear Genuis, Tabitha, Top Design, Top Chef..

4) The Pick Up Artist plus EVERY new show on VH1 including celebrity rehab....Tawni sucked me in and Busey cemented it

Always Sunny in my new thing, I'm so disappointed that I never watched it before this season.

I love the british office, but if I need HBO or Showtime I will not be able to watch Summer Heights High.

Hell, I love most british shows, so i'm defintiely on board with that one.

Speaking of British shows, one of my friends just shot an episode for a British show (It's on BBCAmerica) called Beat the Boss. Here's what the little snippet that went along with the pics that he sent to me says: Beat the Boss is a international BBC TV Show that is a cross between The Apprentice and Are you smarter than a 5th grader. The Platform of the show is (3) Professionals at the top of their feilds compete against (3) 12 year olds to create a product to be marketed to kids. Our product to create was our very own sause for Heinz Co. My team (The Big Shots) created a suace called "Ketchee"...enjoy.

I'll let you guys know when it actually airs. I think it's cool to see someone that I know from around the way doing it big (he just won an Emmy for producing the soundtrack to the Tuskeegee Airmen soundtrack to the PBS documentary from last year). If he ever REALLY makes it big, I'll be sure to get some signed goodies for Fafa. Until then, it will be fun to see him on obscure T.V. shows. LOL

I am SO GLAD that Dirty Sexy Money came back this season! I really also liked Cashmere mafia, but I don't forsee that one coming back to life this year.

I also watch Ugly Betty (Diva got me HOOKED on this show), Lipstick Jungle and I still watch Desperate Housewives and Grey's. I'm pretty right down the middle with TV shows. I get into the usual chick stuff, but I also LOVE reality TV.

One of my very favorites is coming back this week on November 11th - Keyshia Cole the Way It Is. Her mom and sister are a MESS. I watch that one faithfully every season.

I started to watch Fringe because my favorite Wire guy was in it, BUT after three episodes I had to give up on it. It just couldn't hold my attention.

the one show that I desperately wanted to watch and missed was Life On Mars. It has Harvey Kitel and Lisa Bonet. I was going to try to see if the episodes were online or onDemand. have any of you guys checked that one out?

*ER (another series coming to an end..as it should, though I love it). Angela Bassett has been on the show this season, doing a great job. Lots of oldies but goodies returning including Dr. Green (this Thurs.)! Supposedly it's rumored that Clooney will come back as well. That should be interesting.
*Family Guy - the show that keeps on giving. I watch the re-runs during the week and the new episodes on Fox Sunday nights. LOVE this show.
*ROL Charm School - I love the train wrecks too..can't look away!

Nip/Tuck comes back in January! In fact, I love the show so much that I'm starting to like Kanye's flashing lights song because I now associate it with their previews. LOL

Oh and how could we forget Entourage? It's my favorite HBO show now that the Sopranos and the Wire are both gone.

I can watch surgical houses, er, house, everything BUT nip/tuck, I dunno why. I remember one episode where a drug lorcd or someone liek that tricked the guys into giving him a new face and that's it. House and Friday Night Lights are the best 2 shows out there.

Well, they didn't have the first two episodes of Life on Mars online, so I read the episode summaries and watched 3, 4, and 5 this evening. By FAR my favorite show this season.

I love Life on Mars. I just hope we're not the only two people wathcing it b/c it seems just when they have a good show on there are two are three people wathcing it. :(

Musie, I agree. The mentalist is awesome as well. In fact, that WAS the only new drama I was going to let myself get attached to but now I'm knee deep in Mars and I looooove it. I love shows with a strong and sexy lead charachter and both shows are most def not disappointing in that category.
